Shipment of orders : Items ordered are shipped by Canada Postes. A street address is required for delivery. You may request espress delivery by UPS, but additional charges will be applied to merchandises shipped.
Acceptance : Please note that there may be certain orders that NYBijoux is unable to accept and must cancel. Some situations that result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or error product origin information, or problem identified as part of credit and fraud avoidance.NYBijoux also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. NYBijoux will contact you if additional information is required to accept your order. The receipt of e-mail order confirmation does not constitue the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
Colors and Pricing : NYBijoux makes every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of its products that appear on the web site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. While NYBijoux strives to provide accurate product and pricing informatiom, pricing or typographical efforts may occur. NYBijoux cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order. Returns : If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, simply return it to NYBijoux within 15 days of purchase for full credit or exchange (except shipping charges + 10 $ for manutention charges). The item must be in original packaging. Return shipping charges must be paid by you and you must insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. The original receipt must be included with any returned purchases. The item must not have been worn or altered in any way.
